On Thursday 5 October at 16:30 we host a vertical tasting of one of the estate’s most iconic wines “with mind-bending concentration and minerality”, as described by James Suckling: @buerklinwolf Dr. Bürklin-Wolf, Forster Pechstein G.C. Trocken. 8 of the best vintages between 2005 and 2021 from magnum bottles presented by Oskar Micheletti, export manager of the famous winery.




Friday 6 October

On Friday, October 6, we invite you to an anniversary dinner with a special 13-course tasting menu featuring some of our timeless dishes and the most unique recent creations of Ettore Bottrini and Nikos Billis. These dishes are accompanied by 8 German Rieslings in an exploration of the wide, versatile, and exuberant variety that also happens to be a favorite of sommeliers around the world. As part of our celebration, we will also present our new logo, designed by the international award-winning G Design Studio.
